How is storytelling and housing law connected? In this workshop with the Stern Community Lawyering Clinic(CLC), we’ll explore the power of language to protect our communities or isolate individuals facing systemic housing issues. Through hands on activities and dialogue, we’ll analyze how the concept of “home” has been shaped by the law, and how we can build power to protect ourselves and our neighbors.
We hope to see you at the Dornsife Center, 3509 Spring Garden St, from 6pm - 7:30pm, on Tuesday, March 31st. This collaborative workshop is part of the CLC’s ongoing Community Law School event series, which aims to educate and empower neighbors on the legal system.
Free and open to all, pizza and refreshments will be provided!
