Writers Room is partnering with One Book, One Philadelphia on this interactive workshop connecting the themes of Our Missing Hearts with our NEA funded Crossing Streets project sharing stories and building solidarity across Chinatown. In collaboration with Asian Americans United, attendees will write letters to neighbors in federal immigration detention centers and learn how to support their families on the outside.
